Payment

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT:

A deposit of 30% of the tour value per person by credit card or bank transfer plus bank charges (processing fees) is required upon confirmation of your booking (If this amount is less than US$500, a 50% deposit will apply). Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions.

1. Paying online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay Cards

We connect with 9Pay Payment Gateway to accept Online Card Payment. All of your card information is processed through SSL protocol with international card security standard. Your card information will not be stored at our system (merchant) but MasterCard with international security standard. 9Pay payment portal also meets standards of international financial system such as PCI DSS of PCI Security Standards Council, 3D-Secure of Visa, MasterCard, JCB and Amex.

We will create an order for each transaction and send you the link to pay. Please carefully check the information of the Order. If all the information is correct, please read & agree with Terms and Conditions before clicking to pay. You will be redirected to 9Pay Payment Gateway to pay us online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and UnionPay Cards.

Note:

 Published price are Excluded 3,1% - 3,5% of bank transaction fees and 8% of VAT.

- In the case you pay by Card (Online or Offline): We will plus 3,1% (if you pay by Visa, MasterCard, JCB or UnionPay) or 3,5% (If you pay by American Express) of bank transaction fees.

- In the case, the customers are already in Hanoi and could do payment by Cash, NO bank fee/booking fee are charged.

 In some cases, your transaction may be not successful due to:

- In correct card information
- Not enough credit balance (daily or monthly)
- Your card has not been activated for online payment. You should contact the Issuer Bank for the card activation.
- In case you input correct card information but you did not receive the transaction result from the payment gateway or from us. Please do not try to make other payment. Contact us to get the transaction result and confirmation of the Order
